407 training plans for your nomination, ready in three business days
We write the structured workplace training programme for your Subclass 407 nomination, built from the trainee's CV, the supervisor's CV and the role, for a fixed fee of $995 plus GST.
Written for the trainee and the workplace
Each plan follows the sections of the sponsor's workplace, with a module for each one. Every task has a learning outcome and an assessment method, and the schedule runs from the start date to the completion date. The plan also includes worked assessment records and sign-off sheets for the supervisor to use.
Delivered in three business days
Once payment and the brief are in, we confirm everything is there and deliver the plan as an editable Word file within three business days. If something is missing, we let you know the same day. One round of changes is included, and we can use your own template.
What we need
The trainee's CV, the CV of each supervisor, the sections or tasks the trainee will train in, and the training occupation, start date, duration and weekly hours. The ANZSCO code and your lodgement deadline help if you have them.
Why it matters in 2026
Since 11 March 2026, the nomination and its training plan must be approved before the visa application can be lodged. Home Affairs reports that the 407 refusal rate reached 40.9 per cent in the first half of 2025-26.

Each plan is a fixed $995 plus GST, whatever the occupation, and includes one round of changes.
How long does it take?
We deliver the plan within three business days of receiving payment and a complete brief. If something is missing, we let you know the same day.
We're an employer. Can we come to you directly?
Yes. We work with employers directly as well as through migration agents, and we can send the finished plan to you or to your agent.
Do you give migration advice?
No. We write the training programme, and your migration agent advises on the nomination, including the occupation and ANZSCO code.
Which occupations do you cover?
We write plans for any occupation with a clear set of workplace tasks, using the role details you send us.
Can the plan carry our branding?

What if the training occupation changes?
Let us know as soon as it changes. If the new occupation needs different modules, we will quote the extra work before we start it.
How do you handle the documents?
We use the documents only to write the plan, keep them confidential and delete CVs 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
